Returns

All items may be returned for a refund (less shipping) within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Used items or any parts that have been installed may not be returned.

Warranty

All Hold Fast items have a 5 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To qualify for warranty, all items must have been purchased through an authorized HFC dealer or directly from HFC. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us to start the process. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, products that have been altered, improper maintenance, or incorrect installation.
